Dear Sir/Madam:
I would like to take the opportunity to bring to you attention the outstanding work that Mike Folgheraiter did in order to sell my uncles property had been on the market since approximentately July, 1996. In December, 1997, we changed real estate agency's to ReMax and Mike Folgheraiter. Since this house had been unoccupied for over a year, many unfortunate events happend that needed immediate attention to correct in order the necessary materials and oversee each project that needed to be done in order to sell the property. Before thse projects were complete, he had a Buyer for the property and on April 3, 1998 the closing was successfully completed. We believe he deserves a speacil congratulations and thank you for his outstanding performance.
I would also like to thank sharon Visser for all the her help in making this closing successful. It is never an easy task to sell or close real estate but when it needs to be dont long distance, there are other challenges that arise and both these individuals did an excellent job bringing this to a final conclusion.

The ReMax Corporation also sold our property in Minnesota within two weeks after having been with another real estate angent, we will highly recommend ReMax who got the job dont with "RESULTS"! We have already referred two properties to our ReMax real estate agents, Rick Gardner and Rich Gross Here in Prior Lake/Burnsville area and one was sold in two weeks and the second property was sold just last week.
